Kansas is the breadbasket to the world, and Manhattan the heart of the heartland. This day-long festival features a bread baking contest with exhibit booths and demonstrations. Kansas Wheat and NFOB recognizes wheat farmers, millers and ingredient companies, and honors amateur home bakers during wheat harvest.
